Simple Kitchen is a family run business. The idea became a reality when our little boy Edson was born. The same month we decided to launch our meal prep company and watch our vision turn into a reality.

Simon, known as Si, is our chef and dad to Edson. With 10 years experience cheffing in the army he’s not shy of feeding a large amount of people in one go. With always having a dream of running his own business, he’s has left the army ready for his next chapter. 

Katy, the behind-the-scenes here at Simple Kitchen, alongside being full time mum to Edson. Everything and anything you can think of – Katy does it. She is the reason things run so smoothly here.

Our aim at Simple Kitchen is to provide you with the ultimate premium meal preps. Not just for gym goers, but for everyone. For family dinners, taking to work, having to hand as a busy mum, or simply to save the hassle of going for a food shop and cooking. We pride our meals on being high quality, full of colour, taste, and full of goodness.
